At Origami Customs, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your gear. Due to the intimate nature of our handmade products, we offer a flexible exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect fit while maintaining the highest hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items and clearly write your Authorization number on the outside of the package before shipping it to our studio.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
